Ok, I think I found the documentation I needed.

If I try things like 
 
ssh address@hidden 
ssh address@hidden 
ssh address@hidden 
 
I always get the same result: 
 
 
ssh address@hidden 
address@hidden's password: 
Permission denied, please try again. 
 
 
Using this same password/username pair I can get to the 
admin page of my projects, but some options are not 
open to me (for example, I cannot view the help/support 
page). 
 
Seems like something is fishy with my user account? Or 
maybe with the project definition???
