Hello,

  Savannah policy prevents you from hosting your project since it 
depends on proprietary software (in your case an Oracle DB). You can 
resubmit your project when you have implemented a functionnal and 
alternative way that only requires Free Software. If the Oracle 
dependency is optional, or can easily be without hurting the core 
functionnality of your software, please resubmit your entry with a clear 
explanation on this topic.
