[Savannah-hackers] Large delays on sks-devel

Another problem I've been running into on SKS-devel is that there have
been very long delays --- on the order of days --- for some emails.  The
problem just seems to have resolved itself (a backlog of emails just
came flooding through), but I thought I should bring it up in case you
guys weren't aware of the issue.
