changed.

Only project administrators will see the top menu 
 containing the project administration. These links now only 
 lead to pages to administrate/configure the tools of the project. 
 All links related to the management of items can now be found in the 
 public area.

Summary:  how to approve news items?

Original Submission:  Hi, i can't seem to figure out how to approve news items 
for the tasklist project.  It used to be an item in the admin menu, but now I 
can't seem to find it anymore.  Has the news approval  moved?
