I think you're right, it's upsetting. However, this comes back to the
problem we were all talking about a few months ago: namely, resources
for sysadmin.
Some help for the sysadmins could be provided by people like you and
I Mathieu. But other sysadmin things need people physically located
near the machines (or at least in the same time zone). I guess the
GNU project is having trouble finding such people.
But I agree that, once the hardware is up and running, the syadmins
really _should_ be handing back responsibility for resolution of the
crisis to savannah admins.
