[Savannah-hackers] bug in the management of users requesting inclusion in a group

Hi,

Someone reported a bug in the management of users requesting inclusion
in a group.

This feature (request for inclusion) was introduced recently and was
never implemented in the backend, but it must. I fixed the problem in
the sv_users which is in the CVS but I guess you are running an hacked
version of it.

The condition:
    AND user_group.admin_flags<>'P'
is missing line 187 of the original script, when the hash
%db_user_group is fed.

You should update the running sv_users ASAP.


The same problem may exists in the PHP frontend, because some old code
is not using the standard function to determine relationship between a
user and a project. I'll check and I'll provide information about
that.
