Description:
ViewARCH is an yet another archive browser for GNU arch,
just like ViewCVS for CVS. In addition to the normal browsing
stuffs, its cache generator makes it possible to show each 
annotation/interpolation history very quickly.

The main purpose of this project is to make the code base more
clean, robust, and re-define internal cache format independently
from ViewARCH itself. Such attempt will make it easy to use
 ViewARCH's cache from other programs.
