[Savannah-hackers] Error with scp but not with cvs!

I've got a probleme when i try to upload file (tar.gz) to download area.
I use :

# scp -1 metea-v1.0.tar.gz address@hidden:/upload/metea

but this return :
# Protocol major versions differ: 1 vs. 2
# lost connection

my user ssh config file :
# cat .ssh/config
# Protocol 1,2

# sftp -1 address@hidden:/upload/metea

return :
# Connecting to savannah.nongnu.org...
# Protocol major versions differ: 1 vs. 2
# Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

My ssh key is ok because i use cvs and there isn't any problem!

Could you help me please?
