Hello Savannah Hackers,
    Thomas Dickey (address@hidden) is the maintainer for GNU ncurses. He
has registered a Savannah account (see below) and he needs CVS access to
the /software/ncurses tree so he can update the web pages. What steps
does he need to take to get a project registered and linked to the
existing tree?
