This project provides a TORRENT to XML information file converter.
It's based on the [Azureus - BitTorrent Client] project.

The principe ise very simple :
- it's based on the [Azureus - BitTorrent Client] project
- Lots of unsused classes were removed for a better comprehension and to 
improve the effiency of the running time
- It offers a scripting interface with its use
