Do you mean a lost-password request at Savannah (savannah.[non]gnu.org]) ?  If 
you didn't request it, don't worry.  It was sent only to yourself, and will 
not be acted upon without your say so.

If you want to retrieve/reset your password you can go to 
<http://savannah.gnu.org/> and click the "Login via SSL" link..  from there 
you'll see a "Lost-password" link that will help you.

What do you mean by "but cannot use it as i am not sure of the other data 
required"?  Are you having problems registering or changing your password?

Also, I'm guessing you're later talking about MLDonkey..  If so, you will need 
to ask them for support as this list is where the maintainers of Savannah 
live. :)
