Hello hackers :)
As there are some problems at the moment with some www.gnu.org webcvs projects
at Savannah (for GNU packages), I wonder is it possible to for me to work
with one of you to get some critical updates commited to the web tree used by
www.gnu.org?
In the case below, Andrew Cagney needs to update /software/gdb to reflect the
upcoming 6.1 release, but (AFAICS) there's no webcvs for GDB, but there is
(of course :) a web page for GDB..
So, is this sort of thing possible? Say, patching it locally, in the interim?
Thank you for your time!
Elfyn

Hello,
Any guess as to when this can be resolved? It might be prudent for me
to send out the announcement and just mention that the pages will be
updated shortly.
Andrew
PS: Yes I know this is a holiday for many people, me included :-)

Hello Sysadmins,
GDB is one of the 'www.gnu.org' projects with only webspace.
Can you set up a repository to update www.gnu.org/software/gdb/ ?
Current pages are in project 'www' under www/software/gdb. There is no
repository for project gdb, although the gdb and webgdb Unix groups
exist.

Hello,
Sorry to pester you but this is fairly urgent -- at present GDB's web
pages refer to GDB 6.0 but GDB 6.1 is out (I'm just holding off the
announcement until I can get these pages updated).
Andrew
Hello,
I'm trying to update GDB's web pages (so that they mention GDB 6.1)
but am seeing:
address@hidden cvs -z1 -d :ext:address@hidden:/webcvs co
gdb
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above
messages if any)
