[Savannah-hackers] web problems

Hi all,

I have uploaded a new version of our project site on:
http://www.nongnu.org/sectoolkit/index.html
but I can't see the new version.
I have uploaded files with cvs and in the web repository I find my new 
files.

Is there a proxy or some kind of cache that give me this problem?
Note also that I'm not able to access to many files via browser.
