I have updated the source files and COPYING file as suggested.
The tar ball is again at:
ftp://ftp.ges.redhat.com/private/aldy/
Please wait about 30 minutes for the FTP server to sync itself.
The file size should be:
-rw-r--r-- 1 aldyh aldyh 70705 Aug 16 14:24 libaltivec.tar.gz
BTW, I have also submitted another project for approval at:
-rw-r--r-- 1 aldyh aldyh 25408 Feb 18 18:55 spe.tar.gz
