Original Submission:  Why does the GNU project use the ancient CVS when there 
is a much better versioning system available: GNU Arch
I suggest Savannah be moved to use Arch.

It is an interesting question, but unfortunately nobody has the time to think 
of it right now :/
When Savannah will be fully functionnal again, we may discuss on using GNU-arch 
(or subversions, ...) instead.
