Lethalman <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: pyIrcServer
System name: pyircserver
Type: non-GNU

Description:
pyIrcServer is an IRC Server written in Python. It offers many features like
modules. The config file is very personalizable and permits the irc server's
admin to configure many parts of the IRC Server. In order to be compatible with
others servers and services to link them each other, there will be modules
containing the protocol for any server that need to be linked with the HUB.
It's still a beta project, and there's not any source code available yet.
There're still many parts to complete before the beta announcement, but the
project is going on every day.

Other Software Required:
Python (tested on version 2.3.4)
