Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Some of the file lack a license notice (although most of them do
contain an appropriate one).

First, most files generated by KDevelop (or other tools) do not have
one.

If those files are trivialy generated, you need not add one
(provided the work used to generate it bears a license notice).

If those files cannot be trivialy generated, then they should include
a license notice. If however the process that automaticaly generates
the files removes any added copyrightnotice, it would be good to
provide it aside in a separate file.

Likewise, it would be good to explicitely state the license of the PNG
files.

But the most important issue is that you use files from Trolltech,
that are licensed under the "GNU GPL v2 only", making your whole
package under the GPLv2 only, which is problematic.

The reason for this is that when we publish GPL v3, it will be
important for all GPL-covered programs to advance to GPL v3. If you
don't put this in the files now, the only way to port your program to
GPL v3 would be to ask each and every copyright holder, and that may
be very difficult.

We can explain the issue in more detail if you wish. If you have
concerns about "GNU GPL v2 or later", We'd be happy to address them
too.

Please find a version of these files released under the GNU GPL
version 2 or later, or get rid of this dependency.

I used the latest incubus prototype to review your project.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project. Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

Regards,
