display and delete, and a button to submit the news.

Summary:  I cannot approve submitted news.

Original Submission:  Hi,
I cannot find out how to approve submitted news for my projects.
I have found some trouble reports about this problem but couldn't
find the solution from them.

I have done the following: (I have manager permission for news.)

1. Select the link 'Manage Submitted News'.

2. The following message and link were displayed.

        These news items were submitted and need approval: 

                * <Title of news>
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3. Click the link but nothing happened. I cannot find any other
   links about the approval.

What should I do to approve submitted news?
Why there is no description about that?
