Summary:  Enable cron reports without spamming

Original Submission:  A solution is to send those to savannah-reports instead 
of devnull or address@hidden, have that list private, and then either:
- subscribe with digest
- look at it when needed

One can also subscribe normally if he wants to test his mail filters ;)
