Summary:  project home page not synced?

Original Submission:  I've uploaded webpage for my project (vyqchat), but it is 
not available even after over 24 hours... I believe there is something wrong 
with syncing scripts, because my files are visible through webcvs; besides, 
this is my second project and I had no problems uploading the first one few 
months earlier.
