I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

We usually provide an account dedicated to one free software
application, not for a group of developers.
I think the best would be to submit each project that you develop
separately. You could also apply for a project that you will use to
manage Projeto Libélula in general; in that case, please detail how
you will use the resources of Savannah.
