Description:
Tagger is a FREE utility to change, remove and add tags to MP3 files,
including ID3v1 and ID3v2. Also provides the posibility of rename the file
name from TAG information or write TAG info from file name.

It´s have not source code yet :(

I prettend write Tagger in Delphi(Kylix too), so it would be portable to
W32 and GNU/Linux plataforms.
