This is savannah.nongnu.org, not savannah.gnu.org. I didn't add any new
ssh key recently. However, I was just prior to trying it added to the
project. I didn't notice any admonition about waiting for a while to see a
user's cvs access enabled after adding a user to a project, as there is
mentioned about adding a new ssh key.
It has started working for me now.
