Yes, it's better to leave this file out of your package, if the
qmail-ldap group change the license, you can include it :).

I didn't see that your project it is hosted at SourceForge.net, you
have to remove it from there because we do not accept mirroring,
Savannah should be your primary development platform.

If you are going to put a Copyright Notices to the info.txt file,
consider to add a License Notices, in this case as the file it is a
kind of documentation you can licensed under the GNU FDL, you can read
more about the GNU FDL and how to apply to your source code here:

     http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl-howto.html

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
