They have cron job that normally runs the newly created ssh keys for new
user accounts, but I don't recall how frequent it runs.  I assume it
also occassionally updates access for projects.  I assmume you setup a
ssh key (must be ssh2) and pasted it into your profile, and have
CVS_RSH=ssh set for cvs.  If so, could you cut and paste the exact
permission denied message you get?
