Follow-up Comment #1, sr #104066 (project administration):
This problem is under investigation; I added traces in the web creation
process and I now wait for the nongnu.org admins to check what is wrong -
hopefully everything should be fixed within a few days.
If not, I'll fix the issue with a more direct approach.
