[Savannah-help-public] cvs commit notifications in project qemacs

Hello support,

Fabrice Bellard recently requested on my behalf that cvs email notifications be
turned on in the qemacs project.
They are currenly posting messages to the qemacs-devel mailing list.
Could you please reduce the noise by adding the -wB flags to the diff command.
I tend to do a lot of reindentation, spacing conversions per coding rules, and
tab removal, and this generates a ton of useless differences.
