I would be happy if http://www.gnu.org/software/cvs redirected to
http://www.nongnu.org/cvs.  I just committed a copy of
http://www.gnu.org/software/cvs for now and I should get a proper page up
there within a few days.

Also, any necessary aliasing between address@hidden and address@hidden and
similar lists on nongnu.org is fine with me, just, please, please, please,
don't lose the bug-cvs & info-cvs archives.  :)

Thanks for the directory update link.  I'll look into it.
