Details:

Members were deleted but projects were left on the system because they have
got source code.

This item should clarify why the members were deleted and after which time
the projects can be deleted, too.

I. dotgroupware
- the only reason why this project were deleted is that the maintainers of it
didn't reply to our mails
- no license problem

II. pcbios
- sv-confusion-open-and-free()
- binary files (BIOS*) + biossums.c information lack of license+copyright

III. poh
- source code includes only one file with <10 lines.

IV. capturedefense
- many files lack information about copyright+license
- sv-confusion-linux-vs-gnu ()
- wrong COPYING content (GPL instead of mod* BSD)
