Hi,

I'm having trouble moderating project news for projects:

- liquidwar
- u61

For other projects like "uwikicms", I can do it (I'm project manager), but
for those two I can't. The only differences I can see are:
- both liquidwar & u61 are "old" projects, created a long time ago
- when listing the groups I belong to ("/my/groups.php") I see "member since
November 2005" on uwikicms but see nothing concerning liquidwar & u61.

Note that I'm able to do most administrative stuff on these projects, so I
clearly have "some rights" but they however seem to be somewhat different
that on uwikicms.
