[Savannah-help-public] [sr #105501] Remove the wwwbg (duplicated) project

Follow-up Comment #2, sr #105501 (project administration):

The wwwbg project has not been erased. Savannah tells that

  "Insufficient group access: you do not have permission
   to view this page;"

but the project is still there claiming to be

   "GNU.org in Bulgarian"

Please, erase the project completely or at least change the
project description in order to avoid confusion.
