Details:

Dear sir
I started a project Kerdon.org, an article database that contains articles
licensed under the GNU FDL. I am yet to populate the database. The
development phase is over.
But my question is how can I promote this site?
How can I tell people about this site?

This site also encourages others to signup and add documents of their own be
it literature or science or any other topic.

Can you please advise me on how I should I go about promoting it?

Yours sincerely
Akash Xavier
