Hi,

Well it can't be 'compatible' anyway because SF and Savane can only export
trackers data - not import them :/ However it is possible to build SQL
queries that matches the XML structure.

There's a couple caveats we need to deal with:

- <submitted_by>jhein-sf</submitted_by>
  => if that user is not present at Savannah, what will we replace him with?

- <artifact_type id="100245">100245</artifact_type>
  => I can't figure out what that relates to. But it seems it's the same
value for every item, so maybe it can be discarded.

- <artifact id="1501324">
  => we'll need to renumber the IDs. Can there be references from a tracker
item to another tracker item (dependency, special syntax to link other items
in follow-ups)?
