Well, Mailman does support (in Privacy/Sender Policy) a way to reject all
mails from non-members.

Of course this makes it harder for people to post mail to your mailing list,
but you have the choice.

listhelper is used when you don't want to close your mailing list (e.g.
address@hidden doesn't require subscription) yet you want to
get rid of the easy spam automatically.
