Details:

On a bug or task, I want to add a comment and change some fields (category,
assigned-to, status, ..).
When I submit, a required field is missing so form is reloaded and many
fields are reset to their initial value (category, assigned-to, status, ..).
But mu comment is still there.
So if I submit again form after filling required fields, only comment is
added, no other field is changed (except required fields).

It would be better to keep all fields with last value (before form submit),
so that I have only to fill required field and then submit again form.
