This is definitely a problem of your service -- please tell them to try the
session with at comment #23.  The response of the server to the
RCPT command should be a 2xx code, and not 5xx like this:

550 5.1.1 Host error: B1.1.1 

Just for the sake of completeness, here are truncated sessions to Debian,
FSFE, Microsoft, BIMCO and Karl Berry's server -- they all use different
software, but are configured properly and are standards compliant. is performing a legitimate check which fails due to a problem at
your end.  I am not sure what else can we do to convince them -- perhaps it
would be much easier to setup a account for you as Turkish team
co-ordinator :-)
