Details:
I am unable to upload files to the Download Area using scp.
Currently I am just trying to upload a test/dummy file:
scp test.txt address@hidden:/releases/fnm/
This is the output I get:
Permission denied (publickey).
lost connection
I have also tried using sftp the following way:
sftp address@hidden:/releases/fnm
Which results in the following output:
Connecting to dl.sv.gnu.org...
Permission denied (publickey).
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
This is what I have done before trying to use sftp and scp:
I have generated a ssh-key by running:
ssh-keygen -t dsa
I have added the key here:
http://savannah.gnu.org/my/admin/editsshkeys.php
I have also run "ssh-add" and waited for more than one hour before trying to
use sftp and scp.
It is apparently good to provide the output from the following command:
ssh -v address@hidden
So here it is :)
