Follow-up Comment #8, sr #107745 (project administration):

Sorry, but I cannot follow what you did and where you are now.  Please try the
ssh -vvv again, as we did before.  I suspect it will report the same problem,
namely
no such identity: /home/sakirasci/.ssh/id_rsa.  

What I suggest doing is running ssh-keygen again and accept all the defaults. 
Yes, the filenames must be exactly id_rsa (secret key) and id_rsa.pub (public
key).  It is the contents of id_rsa.pub that should be uploaded to savannah as
an SSH key.

Also, the ~/.ssh directory should be mode 700, and id_rsa should be 600.  ssh
may or may not refuse to read them otherwise.
