Details:

Mixp was recently added as a non-GNU project (thanks!), but a corresponding
directory in the download area was not created.  I write to request this
directory be created, such that the URL:

* http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/mixp/

resolves correctly (instead of returning 404, as is currently the case).
