Follow-up Comment #4, sr #108116 (project administration): OK, a comment in the master version of the scruipt reminded me that the ciabot RPC service has been flaky before. I should have remembered that. Ny recommended fix is to update Savabnnah's copy of ciabot.py to the current version (3.2) from the git tree.
