[Savannah-register-public] Editing tracker comments with Emacs

A while ago, Mathieu was nice enough to point me to mozex:
http://mozex.mozdev.org/

It allows, among others, to launch Emacs to edit a textarea; thus, you
can keep your emacs and your savannah.el to handle submissions via the
tracker :)
