Hi Ashish,

No you cannot change the system name, that work should be done by us.

Are you saying that you project will work just on Windows? can you

explains why you are compiling the project over windows?

The technical dependencies of your project it's any library or

sub-program need it to compile or run.

As I see you didn't know what 'ext3' means, this it's the name for a

filesystem used in GNU/Linux, if you want more information you can try

looking for the 'ext3' word in the www.

You cannot update your project details, we can change the system name

for your project, but the project details itself cannot be changed

it.

If you want to change all the description for your project in the

submission, maybe you will want to resubmit your project, do you want

to change your project description? if this is the case, can you tell

us why?

Please any other comment or question, write it to this tracker at

Savannah.

Regards,

<emails from Ashish>

the first mail i got from u, itried to work it out but i it asked me to give

a new name for the project,so it was not updating it.So please tell me how
to

update my old project details.

Moreover we have re-wrote the commands of unix and compiled it over

windows and its working there so what we have to do next is to give it a

network capability, which should be finished by this weekend.

The following things i am not able to understand, please help me on these

topics.

1)Technical dependencies of the project

2)File system, I am not able to understand the meaning

3)How to update my project Details

We have around 5-6 comands ready but they have to be made network capable. So

we r looking forward to it.

Looking for ur co-operation

One more question i have is if we want to change our project definitiona and

oher details how do we do that?

Hi Ashish,

I review the tarball that you upload to this tracker, but doesn't have

the name that you used for you project and doesn't look like make all

the things that you said, why you uploaded this tarball?, did you read

with attention what I wrote you?

Regards,

Hi Ashish,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Can you upload your tarball here in this tracker? or if you prefer you

can send it to my email account(https://savannah.gnu.org/users/Zeus).

On the other hand, the 'ext3' name can drive the user to a very big

confusion, because there's a file system with the same name, would you

reconsider the system name again? in this case you can give us the new

name and we will change it during the approval process.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to

catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you must

include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at

the beginning of every file of source code. This is explained in

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html. Our review would help catch

potential omissions such as these.

Regards,
