Description:

  Our plans are to develop an open source Point Of Sale system for a
multitude of businesses.  It is currently in the planning phase as this
evolved from a prior project to support only restaurants.  Currently there is
no public code available, as the current code is being reviewed and ripped
apart to support the broader range of businesses.

Apache

Tomcat if we chose to use JSP

Possibly either PHP or Perl or both

Currently Java and Swing, but if we continue to use Java I would like to
switch to SWT.
