Description:

  The Small Scientific Library grew out of the Kinetic Compiler project.
SSLib is a minimal library of routines for numerics written in ISO C. It has
support for vectors, matrices and ordinary differential equations, and
includes routines for solving linear equations, finding eigen values,
smoothing/filtering data series and statitical analysis.
With the library comes a number of small command-line utilities which
demonstrate the use of the library.
The intended user of SSLib is a researcher with fair amount of knowledge of
ISO C, and the library does not include much error handling.
