  Contenet Management Systems exist right now but have become
alittle more than the simple user can handle.  Current Open
Source CMS's offer many features but implementing them take
a bunch of navigation on the admin side.  And sometimes even
an experienced user can get lost trying to do the simplest
things.

The purpose of this project is too offer the simplest of
Interfaces with the most features, still keeping the End
User in mind. EAP (Easy As Pie) CMS will be a Content
Management System that offers the ease of use that everyday
computer users can use, and also keep open the ability for
everyday programmers to customize  and integrate their own
skills into this system.  The core technologies for this
system will include PHP 4.3.11 & mySQL 4.1 and will run on
Linux or Windows Platforms. EAP CMS will make use of the
SMARTY template engine, and the many plugins available for
it, but will also offer plugins for the entire system while
still understanding the simplicity that day to day computer
users want.
