Follow-up Comment #4, task #4242 (project administration):

I've left countdown.js out of the ruQueue.

I've creatd a directory:

 web-interface/function/countdown

where users can get a copy of it on thier own and if
they place it there it will work.

base64.pl now has a GPL notice and lists the author.
