Description:
------------
the project is a bash script that will convert one file, or several files,
from one of these formats: wav, ogg, mp3, mpc, flac, ape or wma, into one of
these formats: wav, ogg, mp3, mpc, flac, or ape. it's a bash script, but was
designed to become a nautilus script. it also works as a rox script.
the programme works through a series of zenity windows that ask the format you
want to convert to. in case you're convertin' to ogg or mp3, it also asks for
the artist name, album name, song name, and track number. in every case except
for a conversion to was, a final window asks for the desired compression
quality. in case of multiple files selected, a window asks if one wants to
convert in_file into out_file.
the process of conversion is shown through a zenity progress bar, that shows
the progress of compression.
as of now i don't have a site that hosts it, which is one of the reasons i
looked into savannah, but here's a pastebin link you can get the script from:
http://pastebin.com/307261.
Other Software Required:
------------------------
there is a list of dependencies at the beginnin' of the script, but not all
of them are real dependencies. simply, some of the functions will not be
available without those programs. actual dependencies are: bash, zenity, awk.
everythin' else will be needed dependin' on the desired format one wants to
convert from or to. these non-real dependecies are: mplayer, lame, vorbis
tools, id3tag, musepack-tools, flac, mac.
Other Comments:

develompent! hope to hear from you guys soon! : )
ciao! : )
