Follow-up Comment #8, task #4371 (project administration):

To answer you next set of copyright questions:

Texi2HTML is currently being maintained on cvhsome.org, at
https://texi2html.cvshome.org.  I have a link there to Olaf's page, which Ted
mentioned, but that page has not been updated since 2000.  That and the fact
that Olaf did not respond to several emails led me to create the new project
on cvshome.org.

Texi2HTML is *not* being maintained as part of texinfo, though I believe
Patrice Dumas keeps in pretty close contact with that project and, IIRC, Karl
Berry pokes his head into the texi2html dev list on occassion.
