Description:
------------
  SIP RFC-3261 mandates UDP and TCP support in any SIP implementation, but
open source PBX Asterisk(www.asterisk.org) doesn't have TCP support now. In
this project, I am going to add TCP support to Asterisk SIP channel and then
add TLS support also by using OpenSSL library. By using TCP/TLS, Asterisk can
make VoIP signaling more reliablly and sucurely.
