  PHPCENTER is a developed project to create a complete system Engine based
on PHP.  
PHPCENTER like the Core of any platform, satisfies most of the developer's
expectations at be flexible, light, modular, simple and safe.
At this way PHPCENTER can be integrated to any other project developed by
Hackers independent of the main development of PHPCENTER, that is GNUCHILE.

PHPCENTER has a great number of characteristics that make it the only one in
their type:  
He is totally Modular, any developer can create its own modules and integrate
it.
Its simple structure has the ability to adapt automatically to show the
client the result of the process, allows so much to the developer as to the
final client to use it of intuitive way.  
Its modular capacity allows him to extend for new functions, although these
have not been incorporated at first.  
Its motor HTMLGEN is totally flexible allows him to adopt any form and
grafics, so the client interface (the final Web Page) can be easily 
transformable and can be used to mount from an accounting system to a Web
Portal System.
It is really safe, due to his structure and design, the system is really
safe.  
It can interact with most of the data base engines even comercial one or with
text files, to adapt to the developer's necessities.
